- Calvary Women's Shelter - prepare and serve meals the second Sunday of each odd numbered month. Contact: Nancy Renfrow
- Calvary Youth Group - focused on youth development within our community of faith.

- Camp Fraser - overnight camp serving inner city youth on 76 acres of nature preserves in Great Falls, Virginia. Staffed by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship's Student.Go program.

- Calvary Chamber Singers - serve Calvary in song through Sunday worship, caroling, "Calvary presents..." and other special music events. Contact: Cheryl Branham
- Deacon Outreach Team - Greets Calvary's many new visitors and provides information about our community of faith. Contact: Carol Blythe
- Downtown Social Club - patients from St. Elizabeth's hospital visit Calvary for fellowship, communion, music and lunch. DTSC meets each Thursday. Contact: Vivian Nielsen
- Global Missions - short term international missions trips focused on fostering a global perspective on local ministry and missions. The 2009 Mission trip is to El Salvador in October. Contact: Eric Bebber
- Green Team - focused on enabling Calvary's community of faith to become an environmentally friendly church. Contact: Caroline Armijo
- Homelessness Outreach - a partnership with the Downtown Cluster of Congregations to connect homeless individuals with critical services such as food, clothing, shelter, legal and financial assistance. Contact: Eric Bebber
- Horizons Club - an after school program for high school aged youth providing tutoring, mentoring, and spiritual development. Contact: Leah Grundset
- Latino Community Outreach - building bridges with the Latino community in the city and in the world through combined worship, Spanish language classes, and global missions trips.

- LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) Outreach - shares Calvary's culture of welcoming with the LGBTQ community in the city. Contact: Courtney Rice
- Pastoral Care - provides a pastoral care support network to Calvary's sick, hospitalized, and homebound. Contact: Lizzie Bebber
- Small Groups- join people of all different walks of life together as we meet all over the Washington, D.C. area to build relationships, eat dinner, study Scripture and pray. Contact: Leah Grundset
- Women's Missionary Society - programs to provide awareness about the American Baptists missions projects as well as special projects. Contact: Vivian Nielsen
- Worship - enjoy sacred moments in worship through scripture readings, teaching a children's sermon, offering a prayer or the invitation to give. Contact: Rev. Amy Butler
